You're invited to attend our fourth annual symposium: Taxation and Business Planning Law 2010 Update. In this symposium we will be analyzing a wide range of recent developments, with particular emphasis on business, retirement, and estate planning under 2010 tax law changes. This symposium will emphasize practical applications of changing laws, to enable participants to provide state-of-the-art taxation advice.

The registration fee for this event, which includes a light dinner, is:

  • $95 general fee
  • $55 fee for members of the New Haven County Bar Association and alumni of the University of New Haven
  • Free for current law school students and University of New Haven M.S. in Taxation students. Individuals who commence the UNH M. S. in Taxation program in 2011 will have any fee paid for this symposium credited against their tuition.

    This program is designed to benefit attorneys, executives, managers, and accountants.

    This seminar qualifies for two (2) hours of CLE practice area credit.

    The NHCBA has been certified by the New York State CLE Board as an Accredited Provider of continuing legal education in the State of New York. This course is appropriate for both newly admitted and experienced attorneys.

    CPAs attending this symposium will receive two continuing education credit hours.
